Couple Therapy

When two individual comes together, values, beliefs and culture could have differences. One party could think birthday is a big deal but another think that is another normal day.

Communication problem is always spotted during the session. Assumption and comparison is the robbery of joy.

03

Grief

There are two type of Grief. Death Grief and non-death grief. Is painful to see our love one pass on and adapt their non-presence. It can be very crippling.

Similarly goes for losing a job, relationship, friendship that we hold dearly to. How can we integrate the loss with our daily functionality.

04

Manhood

Man to man talk is important. Common issue that men might face are anger management, addiction, intimacy issue, family dynamic, fatherhood etc.

Individual Counselling

Couple Counselling

Family Counselling

No man is an island. We need human connection bounce of idea as we are what we percieve. It is easy to be trapped in our feelings and thoughts. Often a time we don't know what we don't know. You could be experiencing some of this. -Anxiety -Depression -Stress -Parenting -Work -Smoking -Grief & Bereavement -Life transition -Difficulties in saying "NO" -Boundaries

When two people come together, the relationship between these two people becomes more important than the individual self. Many times, couples encounter problems and conflicts in their relationship due to their pattern of communication with, and expectation of, each other. In couple counselling, we empower couples to have an open and honest way of communicating with each other. You will be guided to: - Understand the role each of you play in your relationship - Discover how your way of communicating with each other is potentially resulting in conflicts - Express your thoughts and feelings to each other in a healthy manner - Discover the strengths in your relationship and continue to build on them

A family consists of a few to many individuals. As each individual have their own roles, perspective and communication style, this can lead to conflicts. Through family counselling, we aim to: - Address behaviours of each family member and how these behaviours are affecting the family and family functioning - Address how current communication patterns are leading to conflicts within the family and how to have a healthy communication style - Help each member work on coping mechanisms

Testimonials

Zac

I've had Bernard as my therapist when I was 14. Throughout this seven years, there was a period of time we didn't have contact. Even then, it didn't take long for him to remember the details and get up to speed.

Through out our sessons, he has remained professional yet he has cared for me so much more than just a therapist but also a friend.
It's easy to strike a conversation with him or just simply talk nonsense if you need that laughter. I'd recommend Bernard to anyone!

I was grieving for my mother (my only next-of-kin). It was not an easy process. Bernard gave me space... to express my emotions and tears. He taught me techniques that helped me process my grief. After that episode, I felt much better and can find closure with my mother.

Bernard not only help me accept the loss, but guided me along the process of seeking the right life partner.
Of course, I did the innor wrk as well. Now I am happily married! I am grateful for the gift of Bernard.

Andrea

I was a victim of a 6-figure monetary scam.

My kids blamed me for being so silly. I felt helpless and useless. Not knowing who to approach, I tried a therapist by referral from friends and it didn't work out.
Then, i met Bernard. His patience gave me space to be.
In our session, I found out that I was a people pleaser and did not know how to say 'no', which resulted to being a push over at work and at home.
In the end, I was able to communicate better with my kids and re0unite with my ex-husband.
I learnt a lot from Bernard. Thank you for journeying with me.
